Swim England South West Ltd is looking to appoint a volunteer Independent Board Director responsible for Safeguarding and Welfare within the region

The Director will be responsible for safeguarding and welfare and will be a volunteer recruited to join the Board who has knowledge, skills and expertise to support the Board at a Strategic and management level. 

This Independent Director responsible for Safeguarding and Welfare within the region, will foster a safeguarding and welfare culture across the region by being responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a strategy for implementing high quality safeguarding and welfare provision across the Region.
