Severnside Tritons is a competitive swimming club, dedicated to developing our swimmers’ skills, confidence, and a lifelong passion for the sport. The successful candidate will be overseeing both our Thornbury and Stroud squad locations. They will have strong leadership skills, prioritise excellent communication, and love swimming as much as we do.

Swim England is to launch a new coaching strategy in 2025 and the views of the aquatics community will be at its heart. The Co-creation of the Future of Coaching process aims to reconnect and redefine the purpose of coaching, build on existing good practice and create a thriving and flourishing coaching culture.
