Libby Bell

Libby joined the region in 2024 as Welfare and Governance Officer. Libby has a background in Policing - she served for 12 years in the Hampshire Police as a frontline officer before taking a career break to concentrate on bringing up her two boys. Now they are older she is ready for a new challenge.

She has been involved with swimming as a volunteer at a club level since 2017 when her son joined the local swimming club. During this time, she has volunteered as in club welfare, becoming a TM2 and then Club Secretary from 2020. Libby also has her Swim teaching qualifications and Level 2 Coaching qualifications and enjoys coaching all levels of club swimming.
