Swim England Pathway Coach Development Programme

Swim England are excited to announce the launch of their brand new Coach Pathway Programme which will run from January 2018-January 2019. 

This is specifically aimed at coaches who are predominately coaching 'age group' athletes (10-14 years) in the Swim England Pathway. 

Delivery of the programme will include: 

• Self awareness and relfective practice
• Coach athlete relationships and getting to know each other
• 'World Class' starts, turns and underwaters
• 'World Class' planning principles for long term gain
• Staying connected; communication and leadership styles
• Attend and contribute to 'peer learning' sessions
• Opportunites to observe and participate in coaching sessions at performance swimming environments across England

Course Fee: a £200 contribution is required from each successful coach
