SW Region Overseas Meet 2018
After two successful trips to Zagreb for the Golden Bear meet we had hoped to send another team this year. However the date of the meet has changed and now falls within our exam period and therefore not suitable.
The Region will now be sending a team of 30 swimmers to the Bulgarian National Championships in Sofia which falls nicely between the exam period and our National competitions.
This is a 4 day competition with morning heats and evening finals. The programme covers all events are which are all open.
The team will leave from Heathrow on Wednesday morning 27th June and return on Monday 2nd July.
The Head Coach is Jo John and the Lead Team Manager is Lyn Rayment. Three group coaches and an assistant team manager will be appointed.
