Wells Swimming Club is seeking an Assistant Head Swimming Coach

Wells Swimming Club (WSC), based in Somerset is looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to become their Assistant Head Coach.  The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to coach all ages of swimmers and possess the ability to communicate effectively with swimmers, coaches and parents at an excellent level.

The Assistant Head Coach should be able to show a passion for coaching and be able to motivate and inspire swimmers with the aim to give each and every swimmer support, nurturing and guidance so that they can truly develop into the best that they can be.

This is an ideal position for anyone who has a Swim England Swimming Coach certificate/Level 2 Coaching qualification and is looking to make the next step as a coach and develop their leadership skills.  The right person would be well supported professionally and personally by the Head Coach, volunteer Coaches and the Committee.
