Artistic Swimming

Artistic Swimming in the South West region is working hard to build on the success at the elite-level by improving the fitness, flexibility and strength of its athletes at all levels.

We select our Regional squad each year. Consisting of around 15 athletes (5-10 athletes aged 13-14yrs and 5-10 younger athletes) our aim is to create a group which is competitve at all regional competitions.

The final squad also then competes annually in the Swim England Artistic Swimming Regional Games.

The regional programme includes Figure and Routine Competitions together with RAGs, Championships and Grade Days which are aimed at swimmers of all levels and which utilise pools throughout the SW region.
