South West Regional Skills Diving Competition

We invite you to attend the Swim England South West Regional Skills competitions and qualifier for National Skills, this event will crown SW medallists and open medallists. These divers must be Category 2 registered with Swim England or WASA, SASA, in the year of competition. This event is an Open Event and medals will be available for the Top 6 South West registered divers plus any from other regions. Divers must be a Minimum of 8 years old in 2022.

Counties to invite/nominate swimmers to attend a full days coaching including a skills session, land conditioning, swimmer nutrition, training and race planning, & a conditioning swim session OW format Regional coaches would be able to observe and support development day providing additional CPD opportunity To be held at Monkton Coombe School.

Counties to invite/nominate swimmers to attend a full days programme of coaching and race simulation, supporting their preparation towards regional and national OW race competition. A mixture of workshop sessions, land training and in water skills, plus race simulations. Regional coaches would be able to observe and support development day providing additional CPD opportunity Regional officials CPD and training opportunity run parallel with the coaching day with some input to swimmer programme To be held at Vobster Quay.
