Regional Masters Development Day 2019

The annual Masters Development Day will be returning again in 2019, running on Sunday 13th January at the University of Bath. Topics include designing your training, using psychological skills and an introduction to open water swimming, there will also be two pool sessions, a Q&A session and a Yoga strength and conditioning class.
National Junior Para Swimming Championships

On 2-3 March 2019, the National Junior Para Swimming Championships will be held at Liverpool Aquatics Centre. It is organised by Activity Alliance in partnership with Swim England.
