About the Club:
Wells Swimming Club has a long history and although a relatively small community club we have a fantastic set of assistant coaches, volunteers and helpers giving a friendly and team orientated feel to the Club. We have multiple squads ranging from Development to Masters. We regularly attend Open Meets and Gala’s throughout the year as well as holding our own successful annual Open Meet. We have very recently become part of the City of Bristol network, providing a pathway for talented swimmers to progress and are working towards SwimMark essential qualification.
Although a competitive club we still wish to become more inclusive, allowing swimmers at all levels to feel part of the club no matter how much or little they can attend. As an example we offer a Masters squad as well as a new Youth squad trying to encourage swimmers to remain in the sport.
