Swifts Swimming Club Inclusive Swimming Gala

Swifts Swimming Club is delighted to be delivering this fun FREE fully inclusive event, for swimmers of any age and any disability. in partnership with City of Bristol Aquatics, with support and sponsorship from Rotary in Bristol.

For juniors aged 8-17 and adults. All abilities welcome! 

The programme will comprise of junior and adult races:

25m - Breaststroke

50m - Breastsroke

25m - Backstroke

50m - Backstroke

25m - Butterfly

25m - Freestyle

50m - Freestyle

Relay: 4 x 25m (Mixed)

Please download,an entry form for use both by clubs and individuals for completion and return no later than Friday 30 September 2022.

Note - If a competitor requires the use of the HOIST to get in and out of the water, or any other additional support such as a whistle start, or a ''helper to swim alongside a competitor in the water, or a form of flotation aid, or the need to use an outside lane, please indicate it in the ''ADDITIONAL SUPPORT COLUMN'' on the entry form.

Registration will take place in the leisure centre foyer from 2.15pm to 2.45pm.

Access to the Poolside and changing rooms will be from 2.45pm.

The Warm Up will take place from 3.00pm to 3.30pm.

The first race will be at 3.45pm.

All teams and/or individual competitors will be required to come accompanied by their own helpers - to assist with anyone who needs help when changing, and also helpers who can assist swimmers in and out of the Pool.
