The South West Region Para team are delighted to invite you to our Para Swimming Development day.

This day will be held at Taunton Prep School Pool, Staplegrove Road, Taunton, TA2 6AD from 1400 to 1730.

The focus of this day will be effective stroke technique, nutrition and performance lifestyle. Please see a timetable below

1400-1415     Registration, Welcome and Briefing                   

1415-1430     Change for Pool Session                                                  

1430-1445     Pre Pool RMAP                                                       

1445-1645     Swim Session focusing on Stroke Technique  

1645-1700     Post pool                                                                  

1700-1715     Change                                                                    

1715-1730     Debrief and sign out                                                

This session will be delivered by our Lead Coach, Adam Clarkson, supported by our Team of Regional Coaches.
